SyFy Renews KRYPTON for Season 2

Ahead of its season one finale tomorrow night, SyFy has finally decided the fate of its Superman prequel series, Krypton.

Today, the network announced (via TV Line) that the show has been renewed for a second season. This season has revolved around Seg-El, Superman's grandfather, working with others to stop the pending threat of Brainiac, who seeks to collect Kandor City and (eventually) destroy Krypton. Among his allies are Adam Strange and General Zod, who are both from the future.

Season two is expected to arrive sometime in 2019. Stay tuned for more news as we have it.
