JUSTICE LEAGUE Post Credits Scene Confirmed

As comic book movie fans know, the trend of adding post-credits scenes to movies was popularized with the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Sometimes they’re teasing a future sequel/spin-off, and sometimes they’re just played for laughs. Other studios recently started getting in on the trend, with 20th Century Fox doing it for several X-Men films.

However, DC Films’ universe has only done it once with Suicide Squad. Every other film did not have an extra scene in the credits. But fortunately, that’ll change with the studio’s next installment.

Justice League star Jason Momoa was in an interview with BBC Radio 2, and he confirmed that the movie will have an extra scene during the credits. Obviously, he won’t give away exactly what it is, but both he and the interviewer hyped it up. Hear the interview below (around the 6:50 mark) to hear their comments.

With an after-credits scene confirmed, it’s time for fans to run wild with speculation. Could the scene feature Green Lantern? Darkseid? Something else entirely? We’ll just have to wait and see. Stay tuned.

Justice League is scheduled to hit theaters November 17th. The fifth installment in the DC Extended Universe stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Ciarán Hinds, Amber Heard, Joe Morton, Willem Dafoe, Jeremy Irons, and J.K. Simmons. Zack Snyder directs from a script by Chris Terrio and Joss Whedon.
