LUCIFER Picked Up By Fox

With the Networks preparing to present their fall schedules
to advertisers in the next few weeks, the series announcements are starting to
come out.  For DC fans it’s been proof of
the success of Gotham, Arrow and Flash as the other networks grabbed up
several DC and Vertigo properties to develop and film during pilot season.  Lucifer
was amongst those properties and now Lucifer
has been picked up by Fox for the fall season.
Developed by Tom Kapinos, Len Wiseman and Bruckheimer Productions
and starring Tom Ellis, Lauren German and Rachael Harris; Lucifer follows the Devil as he renounces his throne in Hell and
retires to Los Angeles where he works with the police to punish the guilty.  Lucifer
joins the expanding DC/Vertigo family alongside other freshman series; Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
Lucifer also fits
in with Fox’s other new series; The
Minority Report, The Frankenstein Code
and a revival of the 90s hit, X-Files.  At this time, there’s no word on what night
or time Lucifer will air.
